What is Pickle?
Pickling (Reduction Pickle) is the process of preserving food or extending its shelf life through immersion in vinegar or fermentation in brine. Pickling usually alters the flavor and texture of the food. The finished dish is referred to as a pickle, or if given a name, it must start with the term “pickled”. How to Prepare Reduction Pickle?

Ingredients for Reduction Pickle:
- Vinegar/Brine Water
- Vegetables(Mixed or any particular)
- Whole black Paper(optional).
- Salt
- Sugar
Note: Mixed Vegetables can includes Cucumber, Carrot, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Radish, Green chili, Onion etc.
Process to make:
- Boil the Vinegar.
- Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Arrange the vegetables is a glass jar.
- when the vinegar becomes warm put it into the jar and close it.
- Let the jar dry in the sun for a few days and your Pickle is ready to eat.
